Finding the right support person for your one-on-one session is crucial for a successful and meaningful experience.
Each of our team members brings unique skills and perspectives, but not everyone is the perfect match for every individual. We encourage you to use your first session as an opportunity to explore whether your chosen supporter is the right fit for your needs and goals.
Additionally, we've found that shared experiences can often lead to a deeper understanding and connection. As you review information about our staff, look for clues that they may have walked a similar path as you. This shared understanding can be a powerful foundation for growth and healing.
