Counselling at the Men's Centre provides a safe and confidential space to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
Our trained counsellors help you identify and address your underlying mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, or trauma.
Through various therapeutic approaches, counselling aims to reduce distress, improve coping mechanisms, and enhance overall well-being.

Our first session is complimentary and any fees will be discussed then.
As a charity we have based our fees on a sliding scale relative to your income. We want to be inclusive of all income levels.
You choose your income level when you book your appointment.

If price is a barrier ask us about alternate funding options.
- The First consultation with the counsellor is offered pro - bono (no fee)
- The counsellor is responsible for discussing the appropriate fee with clients at the initial meeting as part of informed consent.
- 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Otherwise a regular fee may apply.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Interac Debit, eTransfer, Cash or Cheque.
